About the Role
You will work closely with our Berlin-based CEO, managing day-to-day business operations, including finance, accounting, HR, legal, and talent acquisition. You will coordinate agencies and freelancers while ensuring smooth operational processes.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience running startup operations while shaping the company's growth.
What You’ll Do
- Finance & Accounting: Oversee financial processes, coordinate with accounting agencies, and manage cash flow reports.
- HR & Legal: Manage contracts, recruitment processes, and ensure compliance.
- Business Development & Events: Support growth initiatives, including planning and executing company events and preparing sales decks.
- Operations Coordination: Keep internal operations efficient and well-organized.
About You
- Startup Mindset: You thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with minimal processes. You take ownership and get things done.
- Business Administration: You have a degree in business administration or a related field. You understand P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting (no CFO-level expertise required).
- Organizational Skills: You are structured, detail-oriented, and skilled in creating polished presentations.
- Aspiring Founder: You’re interested in gaining startup operational experience with a potential long-term goal of launching your own company.
- Technical Affinity (Bonus): Familiarity with software development is a plus but not required.
