The role
As our first Business Development Representative, you'll be the tip of the spear for Restack's growth — generating qualified meetings with mid-market B2B service companies ready to deploy AI agents. You'll work directly with the founders daily, learning the full sales cycle from the ground up with a clear path to Account Executive as we scale.
What you'll do
- Research, identify, and engage prospects within our target verticals through outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the founding team
- Develop a deep understanding of Restack's platform and how it solves real operational problems for service businesses
- Collaborate directly with the founders to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound playbooks based on what resonates in the market
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM
What you bring
- Native-level English, written and spoken
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (SDR, BDR, or similar)
- High energy and resilience — comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and technical products
- Startup mindset: take ownership, move fast, and adapt quickly
- Practical, focused, results-driven
- Experience in AI, automation, or developer tools is a plus
- Founder or early-stage startup experience is a plus
