About the Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer with a Forward Deployed mindset to help enterprise product teams adopt and customize the Restack Boilerplate — our React/Next.js UI for building, configuring, and observing AI agents and workflows.

You’ll build new UI components, customize enterprise-specific flows, and work directly with customers to tailor their agent dashboards, simulations, experiments, and internal tools.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you will ship visible product every week.

What You’ll Do

Frontend Engineering

• Build UI in Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Develop and maintain core components of Restack Boilerplate:
  • Agent builder & workflow editor
  • Real-time event streams & visualizations
  • Prompt versioning UI
  • Agent behavior configuration panels
  • Collaboration + role-based access screens
• Integrate the frontend with backend workflows, APIs, and agent outputs
• Contribute to our design system and shared UI packages

Forward-Deployed Engineering

• Join customer POCs with medium–large US enterprises
• Understand product teams’ requirements and turn them into UI flows
• Customize Restack Boilerplate to match enterprise workflows, compliance, and branding
• Build UI for internal experiments, simulations, and agent evaluations
• Iterate quickly with founders to turn field feedback into product features
