Your Role:

We are a small team with ambitious growth targets. The responsibilities you tackle today will evolve significantly over the coming quarters. Your primary role will involve coordinating all our operations, including finance, accounting, HR, and legal. Specifically, you will:

• Oversee a small operations team consisting of both internal staff and external partners.
• Lead financial planning and reporting for a multi-million dollar budget.
• Manage accounting and tax affairs for our entities in Germany and the US.
• Collaborate with lawyers and tax advisors to plan and establish our international corporate structure.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
